Frequently Asked Questions
Are dashboard credits and API credits the same?
No. They're separate balances. Dashboard credits are used when you generate from the web app. API credits are used for programmatic calls via /api/v1/*. This keeps billing independent.
Do credits expire?
Credits expire 30 days after purchase. Generate videos regularly to get the most from your credits.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. Purchasing a higher-tier package automatically upgrades your concurrency limit. You're never locked in — buy any package anytime.
What happens if generation fails?
Credits are refunded automatically if a video generation fails. You only pay for successful completions.
How many videos can I make at once?
Depends on your plan — Free: 1 at a time, Starter: 1, Pro: 2, Studio: 3 concurrent generations. API tiers have separate concurrency limits (API Starter: 1, API Growth: 2, API Scale: 3).
