An ad or slideshow failed
Credits for steps that did not finish are refunded automatically. If your balance looks wrong, email us with the project name.
Purchases in the iOS app
Credit packs bought in the iOS app are App Store purchases and do not expire. Apple handles refunds for them: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If credits from a purchase did not arrive, email us.
Delete your account
In the iOS app: Settings, Account, Delete account. On the web: Settings, Delete account. Deleting your account removes your organization, projects and uploads.
